Note that our Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase and Cloud SQL; your use is also subject to their respective terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

All in-game progress, levels, items, and unit statistics (the "Digital Assets") are the property of Clase Arena LLC. These assets have no real-world cash value. We reserve the absolute right to modify, "nerf," "buff," or reset Digital Assets at any time to maintain game balance, performance, or integrity without liability to you.

All code, character designs, animations, sound effects, and the "Clase Arena" brand are owned by Clase Arena LLC. The proprietary "Party Composition System" and "Behavior Progression Methodology" are protected as copyrightable expressions and trade secrets of Clase Arena LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service and the pedagogical framework for personal, non-commercial educational and entertainment purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, steal assets, or create derivative offline or online works from the Service or framework.

Any content you create within the Service (e.g., drawings via Excalidraw, strategy names) remains your responsibility. By creating content, you grant Clase Arena LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display such content within the app. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLASE ARENA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS LESS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service itself.
